All drugs have a generic name.
Tylenol is acetaminophen, Aleve is naproxen, Amoxil is amoxicillin, Advil is ibuprofen, and so on.
The FDA has been searching for a generic name for Viagra, and announced that it has settled on Mycoxafailin.
Also considered were: Mycoxafloppin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Mydixadud, and Alimpdixafixit. And, of course, Ibepokin.

hello friends, what is the max length of time that strep and or tonsilitis should be gone while on antibiotics.. can anyone get a throat abcess while on penicillin or still have bacteria forming? i have had this darn strep/tonsilitis for weeks now, been on amoxil and now penicillin VK, still have redness on each side of my throat with the blisters…its getting better but not where i want it..why is it taking so long? the pain when swallowing is a little better too…thanks for your answers..

hello friends, what is the main purpose of PENICILLIN VK? is it a good penicillin? i just started taking it for strep/tonsilitis after Amoxil just did not kick it in the butt for me, so my doctor prescribed this..if anyone has ever taken this penicillin before or had any experiences with it, please post as well…thanks for your answers…

pit bull puppy 2-3 months , i woke up saturday morning and seen that the puppy was not herself she was not as playful but i thought she was okay since she would still play , i thought maybe she ate something i kept an eye out to see if she was throwing up but she did not start throwing up til sunday, thats when i thought she had parvo after reading about the symptoms , i started giving her pepto bismol and pedialyte and amoxil, monday she was the same tuesday she died i only had her 2 weeks why did everything happen so fast
i had her for 2 weeks, i also have 7 year old 8 pound chihuahua named blanca, and her baby, princess who is 5 years i sprayed my yard with bleach to sanitize cdo they have a big chance on contacting it too??

Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.
Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as a mixer. It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink, and it gives new meaning to the names of “cocktails”, “highballs” and just a good old-fashioned “stiff drink”.

I have a killer toothache. My cheek is swollen. What can i do to relieve pain and the swollen cheeks? I have tried ibrufin, paracitamol, clover oil, warm water+salt, rubbing ice on hand – all with little relief. Would amoxil help? and ice pack on cheeks? I can not get to dentist till Thursday.

I woke up the other day with my ear bothering me. I tried to clean it, but it only made it worst. I went to the drug store for a cleaning aid, wich also didn’t help. The farmacist told me to see a doctor, cause he thought I had an ear infection. I didn’t go to a doctor , but I started to take amoxil as usually is prescribed, plus I’ve been using a ear drop to help with the wax . I don’t feel pain, or anything else, but my ear is totally blockled, and I’m feeling a considerable loss of hearing. It’s been 4 days, I am not feeling any better. Is that normal?

hi friends, well after 4 weeks and taking 2 antibiotics (amoxil and now for the 2nd week, penicillin VK) i am still having pain swallowing on one side..i have strep and tonsilitis. the redness seems to be lightening up a little and the colony of blisters seems like it is still there although dimishing a little…this is getting ridiculous already and all the doctor says is that its going around and to keep up my medication..does anyone have any other suggestions or input on why this is taking so long to heal…the doctor said this penicillin VK is strong, i am taking 500 mg every 6 hours…she said if this does not work she will put me on FACTIVE which is a new medication..i cannot understand why sometimes i dont have pain swallowing and other times of the day i do..really weird..i am also taking honey, pure garlic cloves, green tea and salt water..
i appreciate any input you can all give..thanks
i am also thinking the dryness is making it pain to swallow at certain times of the day as well, but i drink way over a gallon of water a day all the time..
