viagra is strong… takes longer to have an effect about an hour and it doesn’t go away for up to 4 hours. it can make you go blind if you are sinsitive to it… you’ll see blue spots then your vision goes bye bye…
cialis is not as strong as viagra but works faster…usually in 30 minutes and goes away in 2 hours or less…it can also make you go blind but its not as common as it is in viagra
i don’t know anything about levitria…

each levitra is 20mg. is it safe to take another 1/2 pill equaling 30mg before sex?

It is impossible to safely answer that question without knowing your other medications and your medical history. The better question is why isn’t the 20mg dose working anymore. You should probably see the doctor who wrote you the Levitra to make sure you don’t have worsening heart or vascular disease.
