So I’ve been asking a few questions related to my recent diagnosis of hypothyroidism. My endrichriniologist sent me a perscription for synthroid 75mcg. I went yesterday to fill it at Wal-mart (I’ve been using a 28-day supply of Synthroid that the doctor gave me) and they gave me a generic. I paid a fraction of what I thought I’d pay for my perscription. Is it allright to take generic??? Is it pretty much the same stuff? Are their any dangers of going generic with perscription meds??
