I have a yeast infection URGH I know, however my doc is on vacation for another 10 days and i dont want to show my bits to the lady doctor who is covering him, the drug is DIFLUCAN or the generic version… anyone recommend anywhere to get it, and why is this just not available otc.. this would save people money hassle and pain!

Did anyone have their prevacid mixed at a compound pharmacy?
Went to the ped today and they switched from zantac to prevacid and I heard it seems to work better ( my daughter is 4 weeks old). I went to my regular pharmacy and they said because it was a suspension it had to be compounded. SO i found one that did it and it has to be refrigerated. I read online that it should only last 14 days and then the symtoms come back but the bottle says it is a 30 day dose. Anyone else using this and is it working ok? The ped also told me to add rice cereal to her formula and wanted me to try nestle good start (currently on isomil). Does anyone else use this formula?

Has anyone had luck with the prescription acne treatment accutane?
My son’s dermatologist is trying a prescription body wash for my son’s severe acne, and said if this doesn’t work, he will try accutane. I was reading up on the literature he gave us about it and some of the side effects are pretty bad. I’d like to hear from someone who’s used it, did it help the acne? What side effects did you have?

Has anyone tried the alli diet pill? What are the side effects?
I went on the website but it was a little vague about the “treatment effects”. I was wondering how bad they are and if you stick to the plan will you still experience some of them? And if you did take alli did it help? And please, no lectures about healthy eating. If I could stick to a healthy eating plan I wouldn’t be on here asking about alli! I’ve tried dieting many times but seem to have no will power right now. I need something that will keep me on the straight and narrow!

I see the ads every single day and wonder if anyone has used these products and if they work or not. Enzyte, Extenze, Vaxitrol, Rize To The Occasion, the list goes on and on. Has anyone experienced this with flagyl (metronizadole)?
I was diagnosed with BV last week thursday. I was placed on the med flagyl, which I have taken before for BV. My cycle was due this past sunday and it did start up, but my normally heavy cycle had been very light, and brown, to a deep red-brown in color, and not even enough to fill a pad. My question is had anyone experienced lighter cycles when taking flagyl? I called the nurse and she said it doesn’t affect cycles, but there’s not pregnancy possibility for me, so what else could it be?

Has anyone looked into lipitor and it’s side effects?
I have been taking lipitor for three years now. Just recently, within the past 8 months I have gained weight, been exhausted, and more recently my muscles are weak and achey. I was taking lipitor until I read about using vitamin c 1000-2000 mgs/day. The joint weakness has calmed down a bit. I am slowly gaining more stamina each day. Has anyone else tried something different? tks – kt
