When can I get pravachol and niaspan generic?

I understand we have to wait 7 years before prescription RX can have a generic on the market.
I don’t know exactly when Pravachol and Niaspan first went on the market. I would like to find out when they would be eligible for generic. I have a donut hole on my Medicare Part D and this can make a difference as to whether I stay with my present carrier.

Pravachol does not yet have a generic counterpart and I cannot find out when one will be available, Niaspan however does have multiple generic brands available, go to your pharmacy and ask about Niacin Extended Release and they should be able to point one out.

I’ve been breaking out for 1 1/2 years now and my dermatologist recommended almost everything to me and it only made my skin worse i think. now i have acne scars and my skin is fair and it makes the blemishes much more noticeable. Finally my dermatologist recommended accutane for me, but my pharmacy didnt have it and gave me sotret (a generic brand) instead. Does it not work as well as accutane?

accutane is the ONLY medication that gets rid of acne.

nitrates are a pill that one takes when they feel a heart attack coming on. they are only prescribed for people that have already had a heart attack before. if you take these you should not take viagra or cialis because if both are in your system you can have too low of a blood pressure

Lipitor quotes the highest % reduction in serum LDLs. I’m pretty sure that Zocor is available as a generic. Zetia has been getting a lot of bad publicity as the medical literature to substantiate it’s efficacy in improving morbidity/mortality rates is simply not there.
