I have gastro/reflux/etc problems, but I still want to eat healthy/fruits/veggies, etc. What do I do?
I just ate ONE cup of fruit mix salad an hour ago, and already my stomach started churning with pain and burping. It’s ridiculous.
I’m on prevacid for now and I will be taking Maalox as needed.

he doesn’t want to take lipitor, help!!!?
a cardiologist is insisting my husband take lipitor. he is adamant that he does not want to take any drugs as we both believe they are not healthy ways to live. his cholesterol is a bit high, and he is 57. does anyone know any books, doctors or other info about how to lower cholesterol naturally? any cardiologists in orange county california or nearby who also do not believe in statin drugs because of the dire side effects?
